Import Tuner Challenge, This Game Grows on You...

Well, im about 25% into the game and i have to say that this game has grown on me.

At first i was disappointed in the game because it didn’t meet my expectations of the other Tokyo extreme games. But after playing it for many hours the changes and new features in the game are becoming more apparent.

For example, the Parking Areas on the map are my new favorite spot to go to. I like reading everyone’s story and then challenging anyone i can. After you beat a few teammates there leader will appear in the PA and then you can challenge them. Its really interesting and i enjoy the "story/dialog" that goes on with the racers. Also after you beat them they have respect for you and wish you luck.

I have gotten use to the "front of the car view" now, but when i first started i really missed the good camera angle that they had in the other TXR games (the view that was outside of the car and let you see a lot of the track in front of you)

Anyway, i just want to say give this game a try and stay with it. After a while it will grow on you and you will want to keep going.

Btw, my first car is the only car i have, its the 350Z Fairlady, I have not bought another car because i have not needed to and i have over14 Million in the bank.

Tip: One word of advice that i found on this forum works great and is a must for myself. Buy the Nitrous Kit, and use it at the start of the race when possible, especially against bosses. Once you use it it should get you ahead of the car you are racing against and from there you can block them from getting ahead of you.

Although my car was not faster then a lot of cars i raced, when i use the Nitrous start and get in the lead, i keep the other car from getting ahead of me.
